  • Accommodates up to 40 people in a classroom setting
  • Wi-Fi throughout the space
  • Two (2) 80” flat screen TV’s and two (2) glass white boards
  • Electrified conference tables
  • State-of-the-art audio visual equipment
  • A full size roll down projection screen
  • Full size countertop with sink and banquet serving island

 

Board Room Features:

  • Accommodates up to 14 people around a beautiful marble table
  • Additional seating available
  • A 70” flat screen TV for presentations
  • Wi-Fi throughout the space

 

Each room can be reserved Monday-Friday, 8am – 6pm at $25 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  Additional room configurations in Conference Room available for an additional $50 set-up fee and a minimum 48hr advanced notice.  Contact the property management office to check availability at 949-252-1453 or through the Tenant Services Work Order System.
